Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in registration, clerical duties, and specimen processing.
• Phlebotomy or related certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and register specimens; ensure proper labeling and ordering.
• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks on diverse patient groups.
• Educate patients and families on collection procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use the LIS for results.
• Support clerical tasks like faxing, phones, and courier coordination.
• Monitor OSR and pending specimens; communicate issues promptly.
