Qualifications

• MercyOne/ Trinity Health compliance training as required.
• Laboratory experience and medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept specimens and manage add-on orders per procedures.
• Register and log specimens in the LIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Perform specimen processing, labeling, and basic testing as needed.
• Follow safety, infection control, and chemical-handling protocols.
• Support general lab operations and participate in training and committees.
