Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a skilled laboratory professional to perform waived and moderate-high complexity testing under CLIA '88 guidelines. The role includes interpreting results, reporting findings, and maintaining quality control and quality assurance processes.

You will work independently with supervision as needed, handling clerical tasks, specimen collection, accessioning and processing, while communicating patient results and keeping logs up to date.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for moderate-complexity testing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• May perform waived and moderate-high complexity testing per CLIA '88 guidelines.
