Job summary

Responsibilities include food prep support, waste disposal, and compliance with HACCP policies. Prior experience is not required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with safety training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwasher; may wash pots.
• Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment within storage and work areas.
• Clean equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Polish silver.
• Attend allergy and food borne illness in-service trainings.
• Comply with HACCP policies and procedures.
• Report accidents and injuries promptly.
• Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments.
