Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures such as angiography and venography, with post-processing and patient care responsibilities. The role requires completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training, with ARRT registration and BCLS on hire.

Experience is not required, and advanced ARRT VI/CI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training program.
• No experience required.
• Advanced ARRT VI/CI or VI/CI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral, and gastrointestinal studies.
• Completes post-processing and related record keeping, ensuring protocols appropriate for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
