Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role. You will use prescribed exercises to improve strength, range of motion, endurance and coordination to relieve pain and regain function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care while involving the patient and/or their family.
• Perform therapy interventions.
• Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other caregivers.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or certificate

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
