Job summary

AdventHealth Denver is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our PRN team. You will evaluate and re-evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the care team to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• OT license or eligibility to obtain license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establishes, implements, and adapts individualized treatment plans with goals and activities.
• Documents accurately and timely using measurable terminology.
• Educates patients and caregivers and provides discharge recommendations.
• Oversees therapy assistants and maintains safety and compliance.
