Qualifications

• Experience in an inpatient hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, patient assessment, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions tailored to patient goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain records per hospital policies.
