Job summary

Helms Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home infusion therapy across North Carolina. The role involves catheter access care, vitals monitoring, and medication administration in patients' homes with compassionate, personalized care.

Ideal candidates have an RN license and at least 1 year of infusion therapy experience; mileage reimbursement and simple IRA with company match are offered. Schedule is PRN with flexible visits and electronic charting required.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year infusion therapy or catheter maintenance experience preferred.
• Home health infusion experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide home infusion therapy and catheter access care.
• Monitor vitals and conduct patient assessments.
• Administer medications including Abx, TPN, IVIG and other meds.
• Perform blood draws and educate patients on self-care.
• Document visit notes promptly through electronic charting.
