Job summary

Metro Infusion Center in Prescott, AZ is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to supervise and administer infusion therapy on a PRN basis at our clinic.

Ideal candidates will have infusion experience, be comfortable with IV therapy and EMR documentation, and provide collegial, flexible care in a growing, low-stress environment. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $80 per hour with a four-hour minimum guarantee.

Qualifications

• APRN licensed to practice in Arizona.
• Infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with IV infusion and chemo preferred.
• Ability to work PRN and adapt to clinic needs.
• Maintains up-to-date vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Place and maintain peripheral IV catheters for infusion therapy.
• Prepare medications for IV administration as ordered.
• Administer IV therapy via electronic pump and troubleshoot alarms.
• Document infusion charting in EMR system.
• Address patient questions within scope of practice.
• Use clinical judgment to meet patient care needs.
• Monitor safety and equipment effectiveness.
• Cover clinic as needed per Manager of Clinical Operations.
