KORT Physical Therapy is seeking an In- Home Staff Physical Therapist in Louisville, KY!

Our KORT physical therapy team is looking for a licensed and experienced, compassionate and driven In Home Physical Therapist. This is a treating clinical position and travel will be required to different home care settings, between centers, doctor’s offices, and to our patient’s homes for therapy treatments. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping all of our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected physical therapy team that provides preventative and rehabilitative services, in the home, that help improve the quality of life for the community in which they live and work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (5-6 Saturdays/year) PRN hours

Compensation: $48.00/visit weekdays and $58.00/visit weekends
