Job summary

Comfort Keepers Home Care in Fargo, ND seeks a compassionate RN or LPN for a very part-time or PRN in-home nursing role. The schedule is approximately 8–10 hours per week with flexibility to fit client needs.

You will conduct in-home assessments, provide nursing services within your license, monitor health, educate clients and families, and coordinate with caregivers and healthcare professionals. Active ND RN or LPN license is required; nursing experience preferred; strong communication and time

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing services within the scope of your license and applicable care plans.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report changes as appropriate.
• Provide health education and support to clients and their families.
• Communicate and collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Provide nursing oversight and other clinical support as needed.
