Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• LPN experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication, or medical equipment.
