Job summary

Personal Home Care Plus is seeking compassionate non-medical in-home caregivers to support clients at home. You will work on a PRN basis, accepting or declining shifts based on your schedule, with hourly wages varying by client needs per shift.

Ideal candidates have caregiving or transferable personal-care experience and are 18+ years old. This role emphasizes respect, reliability, and providing safe, comfortable support in clients\' homes.

Personal Home Care Plus is creating a pool of qualified caregivers to provide support for our amazing clients with short term and temporary needs. Our PRN caregivers will have the opportunity to accept or decline shifts based on their own schedule. Hourly wage is dependent on client needs per shift. Only caregivers with previous experience in caregiving, skilled care, social work, or human services need apply.

What You’ll Do

As a Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized support based on each client’s individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with everyday routines and personal needs
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Helping with meals and light household activities
• Offering mobility and safety support
• Assisting with errands and other daily activities
• Providing reminders, encouragement, and supervision
• Supporting clients with memory-related needs
• Completing basic care documentation
• Communicating updates or concerns to the care team

Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the client and assigned care plan.
