hcaoa-careers is seeking caring, responsible individuals to provide in-home care services focused on comfort, dignity, and dependable support for clients who need assistance with daily living. You will play a key role in helping clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, fast onboarding, weekly direct pay, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for local placements when possible.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to care for and support others.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must complete background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide reminders for medications as directed.
• Assist clients with walking and mobility in the home.
• Support personal hygiene and daily care needs.
• Prepare simple meals and snacks.
• Complete light cleaning and tidying tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support through conversation.
• Help clients with everyday household routines.
