Job summary

Lumexa Imaging, Inc. is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide on-site clinical presence at our Huntsville and Madison imaging centers. The role includes rapid response, contrast administration, and coordination with a virtual licensed provider to ensure patient safety.

The RN will screen patients, set up rooms, and support technologists during scans, with a focus on timely, high-quality patient care and a positive experience for all center visits.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• IV credentialed.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response and advanced life support as needed in the imaging center.
• Administer medications and contrast per protocol within scope of practice.
• Coordinate with virtual licensed provider and in-center staff during emergencies.
• Assist with patient screening, prep, and post-exam handoff to ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure patient safety and deliver a positive patient and customer experience.
