Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a collaborative, board-certified or eligible physician to join the inpatient medicine team at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden as a PRN Hospitalist. This is local, periodic coverage and not a locums assignment.

The role requires Internal Medicine residency, Utah license or eligibility, BLS, credentialing clearance, and the ability to work autonomously with the hospitalist group. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification is required.

About this role

We are searching for a collaborative, sharp, and autonomous clinician to join our inpatient medicine team at McKay Dee Hospital on an "as needed" basis. This role is intended for local, periodic coverage. It is not a locums position and will not include travel, accommodations, or meal coverage. Candidates applying from within the state and local to the area will be prioritized above those applying from outside of the state.

What you'll bring

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Residency training Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
• Current BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment
