Job summary

Varco Hospice is expanding and seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver exceptional end-of-life care in patients’ homes across the DFW area. This role requires an active Texas RN license, 2+ years of in-home hospice experience, and the ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser / WellSky preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice care focused on comfort and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate care across teams.
• Travel to patients and attend scheduled IDG meetings every two weeks.
