Job summary

Varco Hospice seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing in-home hospice team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will deliver high-quality end-of-life care and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active Texas RN license, 2+ years of hospice experience, willingness to travel across DFW, and strong clinical documentation. IDG meetings every 14 days are part of the role, with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in-home hospice experience.
• Willingness to travel throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, in-home hospice nursing care.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Travel to patient homes across DFW as needed.
• Attend regular IDG meetings every two weeks.
• Document patient status accurately in the EHR.
