Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is expanding and seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional in-home end-of-life care across the DFW area. You'll provide skilled nursing support to patients and families, coordinate with IDG teams, and document care plans with precision.

This role offers flexible scheduling (PRN, part-time, or full-time) and opportunities for career growth, including leadership tracks, in a supportive, team-oriented culture that truly cares for patients.

Qualifications

• Texas RN license is required.
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser / WellSky is preferred.
