Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Warren, MI. You will provide compassionate hospice care, coordinate with the care team, educate families, and support patients in prioritizing quality time with loved ones.

The role emphasizes building strong patient-family relationships, delivering comfort, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure dignity and peace at home.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse (hospice experience preferred).
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
