Job summary

Compassus in Atlanta is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home care to patients and support families. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, educate caregivers, and ensure comfort and dignity for patients at home.

The role requires an active RN license in Georgia, two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification.
