Sobe Innovative Rehab in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/PT/RPT) to provide hospice therapy in a home setting on a PRN basis.

Qualifications

• Licensed GA Physical Therapist (PT) with active license.
