Job summary

Atulo Health is hiring a per diem Home Infusion RN to provide direct patient care in home settings. You will administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of home infusion experience preferred.
• Active RN license in a Compact State or the state applying.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions in patients' homes.
• Monitor patients during treatment and adjust care as needed.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and communicate findings to the clinical team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
