Job summary

Atúlo Health is seeking a per diem Home Infusion RN to provide direct patient care in the home setting across Illinois. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients, and perform ongoing assessments—delivering safe, high-quality care in patients' homes.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of home infusion experience, an active RN license in a compact state or Illinois, and strong clinical and communication skills.

• Current driver’s license and strong clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Home Infusion RN – Per Diem

Position Overview:
We’re hiring per diem Home Infusion RNs to provide direct patient care in the home setting. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
• Valid driver’s license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Proficiency in medication administrationl>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
