The New Jersey PHIT Team seeks qualified RNs to service our North Jersey Counties, including:

  • Monmouth/Ocean County
  • Mercer County
  • Cape May/Atlantic County
  • Cumberland County
Position Summary

The Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague is an RN practicing as a full partner on the healthcare team, demonstrating safe practice within the professional model. The role involves providing patient care using the nursing process, with accountability for assigned patients across all age groups, and working closely with the interprofessional team to coordinate care.

Responsibilities
  • Apply organizational behavioral competencies reflecting Penn Medicine’s mission.
  • Provide patient-centered care considering physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age factors.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement, evidence-based practice, leadership, professionalism, safety, informatics, and teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
For Clinical Nurse-NCL Track
  • Diploma or ASN in Nursing from an accredited school
  • 15+ months relevant professional experience
  • NJ RN licensure; PA RN licensure within 6 months
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance
