Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Strong emotional resilience and physical stamina.
• Excellent judgment and observational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' speech, language, and hearing abilities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and revise treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate clients and families on speech therapy techniques.
• Document evaluation data and client progress.
• Supervise Home Health Aides.
• Communicate with physicians regarding client conditions.
• Participate in care plan revisions.
