Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health

This is a part-time position located in Goodyear and surrounding areas.

The SLP Home Health implements standards of care for speech-language services and utilizes community resources to meet the needs of individuals and families at home and in the community.

Ideal Schedule: 2-3 weekdays a week, 9AM-12PM or 12PM-3PM (we are flexible)

SLP Job Duties:

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
• Create personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings for coordinated care

SLP Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Arizona state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$95 - $120 an hour
