Zusammenfassung

Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care across the Corpus Christi area. You’ll assess patients, implement and adjust care plans, administer wound care, medications, and catheter care, and educate families on safety and home health.

The role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule with autonomy and meaningful patient impact. Texas RN license is required, with home health or acute care experience preferred and reliable transportation

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Perform in-home patient assessments.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, meds, catheter care, chronic disease management).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
