Job summary

Village Caregiving - London, KY seeks an experienced PRN Registered Nurse to perform in-home health assessments and document medical history for clients in Washington, Marion, Casey, and Adair counties. You will help craft personalized care plans for our caregivers to follow, ensuring client safety and comfort in their own homes.

This flexible role pays $60 per hour for up to 2 hours per client assessment and can involve day, evening, or weekend visits as scheduled with clients.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited program.
• Current KY RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Able to communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one assessments.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify needs.
• Chart observations and vitals; review medications as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and health team.
