About the role

As a Home Health RN, you will work primarily within senior living communities and patients’ homes. You will travel to various communities and homes in the surrounding counties. Employees receive mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits, in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.

The role involves providing compassionate, patient‑centered care, building relationships with patients and families, and ensuring they feel supported and understood.
