Job summary

Dover Health, LLC in Kentucky’s Northern region is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to provide compassionate end‑of‑life care in senior living communities and patients' homes. You will travel to visits across surrounding counties, delivering patient‑centered care and supportive services to families.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri 8‑5 or PRN with rotating on‑call), mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

As a Hospice RN, you will be working primarily within senior living communities and patients' homes. This position involves traveling to various communities and homes in the surrounding counties, rather than working in the city. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits, in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.
