Job summary

Adoration Health in High Point, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health (PRN). You will provide expert, patient-centered care to home health patients, assess needs, and develop care plans in collaboration with MD orders.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited college with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and residence
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health or geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and car insurance
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch
