Job summary

Adoration Health in Salisbury, NC is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 patient‑centered care in the home. You will create care plans, administer medications, and educate families, working with an interdisciplinary team.

The position includes a full-time schedule and on‑call rotation, with opportunities for growth in a supportive company. Minimum credentials include an RN degree with current NC licensure and CPR certification; at least 1 year of nursing experience in a patient

Qualifications

• RN degree with current unrestricted license in the state of practice
• CPR certification is required
• One year nursing practice in patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Education
