CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join its Stonerise Home Health team in Barboursville, WV. You will deliver patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and contribute to plans of care, notes, and patient education, while building strong relationships with patients, families and caregivers.
The role requires an active PTA license and at least two years of PTA experience, plus a valid driver's license.
