CommuniCare Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for their Stonerise Home Health team in Barboursville, WV. You will be responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, participating in treatment planning, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

• Participation in preparing clinical and progress notes.

• Educate patients and/or caregivers as directed by the PT.
• Meet all service standards for exceptional customer service.
