HCA Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to improve patients' mobility and independence in home-health settings across the Sarasota area. You will work under supervising PTs to deliver high-quality, individualized care, supported by defined processes and a collaborative team environment.
The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, patient education, and coordination with nurses and other care team members to ensure an excellent patient experience in home-based care.
