a2z Physical Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, one-on-one home health care across our service area. You will treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients regain function and reduce pain in their homes.

Formación

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license is required.
• Graduation from an APTA- or Allied Health-approved program.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients and caregivers; complete timely documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and case managers.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $95.00 - $110.00 per visit

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel throughout our service area
• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Maryland.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education.
• CPR Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Automobile Insurance
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
