Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the patient's healthcare provider.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using walkers or wheelchairs.
• Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature).
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, meal preparation).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Report changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider.
