Responsibilities
  • Meeting all service standards for exceptional customer service delivery by telephone or in-person
  • Administering patient care services delegated by the Occupational Therapist regarding speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
  • Participating in educating the patient and family
  • Preparing clinical and progress notes
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the community
  • Supporting the agency's administration and mission, acting as a positive team member
