LiveWell Partners in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to support patients at home under an established care plan. This PRN role offers flexible shifts and per-visit compensation.

You will provide daily living assistance, monitor health, document care, and offer emotional support. Valid CPR and a driver’s license are required, along with a high school diploma.

Summary
