Job summary
MNS Care is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide compassionate personal care to patients in their homes across Florida. You will support activities of daily living, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment while following a patient-specific care plan.
Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and able to follow instructions from nursing staff. CPR is preferred. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for training and development.
Qualifications
- Driver license with reliable transportation is required.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach is essential.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from nursing staff.
- CPR certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation in the home.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Follow care plans as directed by nursing staff.
