Empath Health’s Empath Personal Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) for PRN, part-time assignments in Palm Harbor, FL, with service in Clearwater and St. Petersburg as needed.

You will provide compassionate personal care at patients’ homes, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence while maintaining safety and dignity. Valid Florida CNA or HHA certification and CPR are required, along with at least six months of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA) or HHA certification required.
• CPR certification required (in-house classes available if needed).
• Minimum of six months of healthcare or home health experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities in patients' homes.
• Support patients’ comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical staff.
