Job summary

MDC Healthcare in Atlanta is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides for PRN/on-call roles serving clients in the metro area. Qualifications

• CPR certification required; company-sponsored training available.
• TB testing current or willing to complete within onboarding.
• Medical or caregiver experience preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to client locations.
• Empathetic approach and desire to serve others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living as directed.
• Provide meals preparation support and light housekeeping.
• Maintain hygiene and safe environment for the patient.
• Support ambulation and transferring between positions.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.
