Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in Pasadena, CA, and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available for the duration of patients’ stays in their homes and communities.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans addressing speech, cognitive needs, and functional goals, delivering evidence-based care in the patient's own environment and empowering durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology with state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech and language impairments, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication in patients’ homes and communities.
