Qualifications

• Two years medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of health information management (HIM).

Responsibilities

• Provide requested records to clinical staff as needed.
• Prepare and submit birth/death certificates to Vital Records and maintain monthly reports.
