Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan of care, treat, re-evaluate, discharge, and communicate high quality hand therapy services to patients.
• Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
• Maintain positive relations with facilities and clients and expand client relations with staff.
• Stay current with OT research and apply Evidence Based Practice.
