Amcare Pro Home Health is seeking a PRN LVN in the Dallas area (Irving, Carrollton, Coppell, Farmers Branch) to provide skilled nursing at patients' homes under RN supervision. The role focuses on routine visits, wound care, medication administration, patient education, and accurate EMR documentation.

Texas LVN license, CPR, and driving with reliable transportation required; bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in geriatric home health and knowledge of Medicare/regs are preferred;

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas LVN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of clinical experience.
• Geriatric home health care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients under the supervision of an RN.
• Perform routine nursing visits including vital signs, medication administration, injections, and treatments.
• Assist with wound care and dressing changes per physician orders.
• Monitor patient condition and promptly report changes to the supervising RN.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, and safety.
• Accurately document all visits and care provided in the agency EMR.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Texas regulations, and agency policies.
• Coordinate visits and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
