Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of basic food safety procedures and HACCP practices preferred.
• Ability to count money and operate a cash register accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and follow recipes/instructions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and re-thermalize hot and cold foods to high quality standards.
• Serve on tray lines and assist with tray assembly and delivery.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and proper storage of foods.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Interact with customers, handle cash, and operate the cash register.
• Support budgeting and cost-control by using food and supplies wisely.
