Job summary

RCCHC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Float-PRN As Needed) to provide high-quality patient care on site. The RN will deliver services across shifts, coordinate with the Nurse Manager and healthcare team, and ensure adherence to RCCHC policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree, BLS certification, and flexibility to work at various locations as needed. Experience in a medical practice is preferred, with strong assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs and acuity.
• Provide patient care guided by scientific principles and evidence-based practice.
• Administer medications/immunizations as ordered and monitor for reactions.
• Complete paperwork for assigned providers and coordinate with the team.
• Collaborate with nurses and providers to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and adhere to RCCHC policies.
